I attended a session at work run by Team Building with Purpose. The organization is making a real impact by connecting us to help those need supports to get back on track. The instructor shared her real life experience with us and empowered us to be strong and united when comes to support women and children going through domestic violence.
Attended a truly inspiring 'Sparklers' session by Team Building With Purpose for the Starlight Children's Foundation. Richard and his team's passion for making a difference shone through every moment. The interactive activities not only brought our team closer but also opened our eyes to the incredible impact Starlight has on sick kids' lives. Winning the team competition was fun, but the real prize was gaining a deeper understanding of how we can all contribute to brightening a child's darkest days. This session wasn't just team building; it was heart building. Highly recommend for any company looking to engage their staff while supporting a worthy cause!

Our second time participating with Team Building with a Purpose was just as great as the first time around! This time our entire company participated. It was a quick and FUN session - with lots of learnings, laughs, teamwork and collaboration. We all left the session feeling good about 'giving back' and appreciating what we all have. I attended a session facilitated by Richard Duncan about Farm Angels. Richard is a very engaging facilitator with a easy manner that encourages people to speak up and participate. He was a knowledgeable and passionate storyteller about Farm Angels which is such an important charity.
I recently participated in Team Building Sparkler Event with Starlight Foundation, and it was very humbling.Jasmine was a great host who shared her own personal stories which brought an emotional connection to the event in addition to making the sparkler packs for the Starlight Foundation.The time was spent building connections with colleagues you don't normally work with and making a child and their family's Xmas just that little bit brighter.I would highly recommend Team Building with Purpose.
This is the second time we've engaged Richard and his team to deliver a team building session with our retail store leaders and it was an outstanding success once again.Something that was very important for us was to engage in an activity that was not only fun and informative, but also something that gave back to the community and supported a cause close to our hearts - the Starlight Children's Foundation.The session was customised to meet our goals whilst delivering a truly memorable experience for all involved.
