I attended a session facilitated by Richard Duncan about Farm Angels. Richard is a very engaging facilitator with a easy manner that encourages people to speak up and participate. He was a knowledgeable and passionate storyteller about Farm Angels which is such an important charity.

I recently participated in Team Building Sparkler Event with Starlight Foundation, and it was very humbling.Jasmine was a great host who shared her own personal stories which brought an emotional connection to the event in addition to making the sparkler packs for the Starlight Foundation.The time was spent building connections with colleagues you don't normally work with and making a child and their family's Xmas just that little bit brighter.I would highly recommend Team Building with Purpose.

This is the second time we've engaged Richard and his team to deliver a team building session with our retail store leaders and it was an outstanding success once again.Something that was very important for us was to engage in an activity that was not only fun and informative, but also something that gave back to the community and supported a cause close to our hearts - the Starlight Children's Foundation.The session was customised to meet our goals whilst delivering a truly memorable experience for all involved. Great session to understand the importance of decent housing. Good to know about the charity that is transforming people’s lives by provisioning them houses and how we can assist and contribute. Must attend to understand the situations people face for this lack of housing and basic amenities!

Our recent team-building event with the Starlight Children's Foundation was a remarkable success, exemplifying how purposeful collaboration can make a significant impact. The day was filled with meaningful activities that not only strengthened our team's cohesion but also brought joy and support to the children and families served by the foundation.The event kicked off with a series of engaging activities designed to encourage teamwork and creativity. We participated in various games and challenges that required effective communication and collaboration. These activities were not just fun but also helped us build stronger relationships within the team.One of the most memorable parts of the day was the opportunity to get hands-on with creative projects. Our team worked together to design and assemble "Starlight sparkler packs" filled with toys, games, and crafts for the children. Knowing that our efforts would bring smiles to their faces added a special sense of purpose to the activity.Our host Alana was absolutely amazing, so engaging and really made the session enjoyable.
