What’s the session’s main focus?
Supporting families facing childhood cancer.
How is it delivered?
• Either Face-to-face over 3 hours - at your office, or any venue of your choosing such as a conference venue or a hotel.
• Or online over 2 hours - whether people are spread geographically over the region, or simply working from home.

Your colleagues will get a unique insight into this amazing charity and the opportunity to self-reflect and draw parallels from how Redkite operate with their own team and work environment by: discovering individual and team self-care strategies to increase resilience; deepening relationships within the team and key stakeholders; learning how to foster collaboration and maintain high performance in tough times and using these insights to brainstorm practical ways to work better as a team.

About Redkite
For almost 40 years, the charity has been dedicated to helping families hold it together when the child they love has cancer. Redkite Social Workers across the country help families impacted by childhood cancer to better understand and cope with the challenges they are facing by providing someone for them to talk to, offering practical help and relieving the financial pressure.
